AACHS Board Member Judge John Milton Younge (232) has been nominated by President Barack Obama to serve on the federal bench in Philadelphia, the Associated Press reports.
Judge Younge, who currently serves on the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court, was nominated along with three other judges to serve on the federal bench in Pennsylvania. All of the nominations must be confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
