Monday November 25, 2019, will be the 21st annual Career Day at our alma mater, Central High School. Those of you who have participated in the past know how rewarding this program is for the current students and especially for the alumni who take time out of their busy schedules. The program offers students insight into careers that span a broad spectrum of industries – communications, medicine, legal, music and arts, and more!
Anyone interested in participating in the 2019 Career Day, may reach out to Jeff Muldawer at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 215-740-7801. Mr. Muldawer has served as Chair since the inception of Career Day.
The program routinely opens with check in and breakfast starting at 7:30 in the Spain Conference Center on the second floor above the library. Presenters will be assigned to classrooms for the first four periods of the school day. The day will end with lunch back in the Conference Center.
Due to massive interest in participation in the past few years, the cut off date to respond will be October 6, 2019. Please be sure to respond to this email in a timely fashion. A response in November such as “I come every year and you should have counted on me” will not be acceptable.
For past presenters, if there are changes to your bio, please send an amended short bio. For new presenters, please send a short bio explaining what you do.
We look forward to seeing you again or meeting you for the first time on November 25th.
In order to aid in scheduling, new presenters should submit a short biography and returning presenters should update their bios to reflect changes. The roster will be finalized on October 5, 2018.
