Welcome to the 214 Class Gift Campaign page. Please use this page as a resource and revisit for updates. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Dear 214th Class,
In the spirit of connection we will be honoring our long-time Central High School Class President and representative, Stephen Green, Esq., (214). I write to you today with both gratitude and purpose.
Steve’s sixty-five years of leadership and service remind us not only of the strength of our class community, but also of the lifelong bonds that have carried us through life’s many chapters.
As we reflect on our shared history, camaraderie, and appreciation for Dear High, many of us also feel the absence of the classmates who are no longer with us—friends who shaped our memories, brightened our days, and left an imprint on our lives.
In that spirit, we have created the 214th Class Stephen Green Memorial Fund which will serve as a meaningful, collective tribute—an expression of remembrance that reflects the values, generosity, and shared experiences that define the 214th class.
Thus far we have raised $6,500 from classmate donations.
The fund will be structured to support the capital campaign. Future contributions, if so desired, can be directed to the Memorial Fund established in Steve’s name. Donations can be made payable to AACHS by checks, also including by stocks and gifts of securities, and planned gifts to PO Box 26580, Philadelphia, PA 19141 (note: 214th Class SGM Gift).
In the past, several of our classmates have led the way in making substantial contributions directly to the capital campaign and the school. I commend them on their commitment and generosity. My hope is that this class gift is shaped by your ideas, your memories, and your vision for how donations will continue to honor our own.
Our class has always been special—and together, we have the opportunity to create something truly meaningful in tribute to our friends who are gone but never forgotten. The goal is to raise at least $30,000 in funds to establish a classroom dedication in the historic building that will memorialize Steve as a lasting source of support, gratitude, and remembrance of how Central and the profound education we received played a meaningful part of our formidable years.
Sincerely,
Marv Weinstein, 214
