Thirty-five years ago, we marched into the Academy of Music and became part of Central’s long legacy. We cannot think of a better way to celebrate our 35th Reunion than to dedicate a classroom before the end of the year.

Our goal is to show all the alumni that 249 is the best class Central has to offer. We have made great progress towards funding our classroom.

We’ve already raised $32,000 for our $50,000 goal—and here’s the chance to finish strong:

Every dollar up to $10,000 given before Dec 31 will be matched 1:1. That means your $249 gift becomes $498 for Central, your $1,836 commitment to the 1836 Society becomes $3,672, and together we’ll close the gap.

Ways to Give:

• $24.90/month – monthly donations of any size are a great way to increase your impact while managing your budget.
• $249 – honor our class number.
• $2,490 – stretch gift, nearly 15% of what’s left.
• $1,836/year – join the 1836 Society1836 Society, Central’s leadership giving circle that sustains Dear High year after year.

ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTION CONSIDERATIONS

Matching Gifts: You may be able to take advantage of a matching gift program. Many companies match employee contributions, and some even match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. Please check with your employer or click here to see if your employer matches donations.

IRA Distributions: If you are subject to an annual IRA Required Minimum Distribution, you can direct monies to qualified charities without realizing the contributed amount as income. Please check with your plan administrator.

Recurring Contributions: By establishing a recurring contribution, you may begin contributing now and spread your support over a period of time, e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually.
