In the book, Dr. Kominars shares a lifetime of poetry written since Portal Poems: Perspective on Aging (2013). A selection of his early poems, written before 2000, is also included. Dr. Kominars’ earlier books on recovery include “Write for Life: Healing Body, Mind and Spirit Through Journal Writing,” “Accepting Ourselves,” “Accepting Ourselves and Others.”
